Hi! I'm Kirk Effinger
I grew up in and around the real estate business. Some of my earliest memories are of accompanying my dad on construction sites, doing construction cleanup as a boy and, as a teenager, spending vacation days working as a laborer on construction sites.
Before the age of ten, I was delivering newspapers for the local daily. My duties included selling subscriptions, something I was so good at that I grew my route to three times its original number…the largest route the newspaper had at the time. My philosophy on customer service was honed during this period. Superior service and listening to my customers' wants and needs have been my hallmarks ever since.
It’s important to me to be involved in my community. Over several years I have volunteered and served on numerous commissions and non-profit boards. This commitment to community is testimony to the same service and commitment I extend to each and every client in my professional life.
For over 25 years, I worked as a loan officer, branch manager, and executive at a number of mortgage companies. My reputation for quality customer service and honest dealing ensured a steady clientele based on referrals from satisfied past clients as well as real estate agents, CPAs, and bankers. Today as a real estate broker and REALTOR®, I am putting my talents and diverse background to work exceeding buyers' and sellers' expectations.
